1. Legal Entity Disclosure

Virtual Property Master is owned and operated by Uday Kumar Haridas as a Sole Proprietorship. References to 'Company' refer to the sole proprietorship and do not create a separate corporate entity.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

3. Description of Services

The platform provides rental property management tools, tenant tracking, payment dashboards, automated reminders, reporting tools, and optional Aadhaar/KYC storage.

4. License Grant

A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted. Reverse engineering, resale, or reproduction is prohibited.

5. User Obligations

Users must ensure lawful consent for uploaded tenant data and comply with landlord laws. The platform is not liable for tenant disputes.

6. Subscription Terms

Monthly, Annual, and Enterprise plans are available. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled prior to renewal date.

7. Payment Terms

Payments are processed via third-party gateways. Applicable GST is charged where required. Non-payment may result in suspension.

8. Refund Policy

7-day refund window for first-time subscription if not substantially used. No refunds for renewal payments.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Service provided 'AS IS' without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or tenant payment performance.

10. Limitation of Liability

Maximum liability limited to subscription fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

11. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify the proprietor against claims arising from misuse or unlawful activity.

12. Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for fraud, abuse, illegal activity, or non-payment.

13. Force Majeure

No liability for failures due to natural disasters, internet outages, cyber attacks, or government restrictions.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Courts of Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

2. Information We Collect

We collect account details, tenant information uploaded by users, subscription billing data, and technical usage information.

3. Purpose of Processing

Data is processed for account management, billing, tenant tracking, reporting, compliance, fraud prevention, and platform improvement.

4. Aadhaar & KYC Handling

Aadhaar data is stored only if voluntarily uploaded. Users must obtain lawful consent. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

5. Data Sharing

Data may be shared with payment gateways, cloud hosting providers, and legal authorities if required by law. We do not sell personal data.

6. Data Retention

Data is retained during the subscription period and deleted within 30–90 days after account termination unless legally required otherwise.

7. Data Security

Security measures include HTTPS encryption, access controls, and secure cloud storage. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

8. User Rights

Users may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent by emailing support@virtualpropertymaster.com. Response within 15 business days.

9. Children's Privacy

The platform is intended for individuals above 18 years of age.

10. Changes to Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
