Delete your Virtual Property Master account

This page is for the VPM app and virtualpropertymaster.com. You can request deletion without installing the app.

Delete it yourself

  1. Open your account and sign in. In the VPM app, use Settings → Delete account.
  2. Type DELETE.
  3. Tap Delete my account.

Your login and profile are deleted right away, and you are signed out on every device.

Ask us to delete it

If you cannot sign in, email support@virtualpropertymaster.com from your registered email or phone number. Include the words “Delete my VPM account”. We delete it within 15 business days.

What is deleted and what is kept

  • Deleted: your login, profile, and reminder settings.
  • Kept: rent, agreement, and tenant records a landlord holds for their books.
  • Other personal data is removed within 30–90 days, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
